PASTA MAKING CLASS + DINNER
Friday, April 12th


Join us in Germantown on April 12th for a pasta making class followed by a barn dinner. Alder & Co. and Chef Gianni Iacono, of Farm Table, will be teaching a three hour class at Instar Lodge on making fresh pasta  followed by a dinner in the barn at Alder & Co. Gianni will guide the group though making egg pastas including tagliatelle, tortellini, ravioli and agnolotti and will then move on to Southern Italian pasta including cavatelli.  The class will reconvene at 7:00 for a dinner in the barn and the cost includes a guest for each participant. Bring someone special!
