CHILDREN'S YOGA + MINDFULNESS
This class combines yoga and mindfulness practices in an accessible and intentional way, rooted in the Little Flower Yoga methodology. Yoga and mindfulness is proven to offer methods that encourage developing the inner resilience we need to navigate physical, mental, and emotional stress. We will build fundamental life skills in each session through 5 key elements: Connect, Breathe, Move, Focus, and Relax.
Together, we will build our inner resources, improve emotional balance, and connect to our community with joyful programming for our children to not only thrive, but embrace joy in a challenging world (LFY).
